Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at HSN. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods or sales events, processing may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as [list countries/regions if known, e.g., the United States, Europe, or Asia].
Because we ship directly from our partners, your item may take slightly longer to arrive.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is because we source products from various global warehouses to ensure the fastest processing. You will receive tracking information for each separate package.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24-48] hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HSN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred by us.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods and contact us immediately at hsnbajwah@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
